THE DISTRICT Chief Executive (DCE) for Ahafo Ano South-East in the Ashanti Region, Thomas Owusu Ansah, has advised persons with disabilities to live above their personal limitations. According to him “Disability is not inability”, stressing that persons with disabilities are capable of working to fend for themselves and also contribute to national transformation. The Ahafo Ano South-East DCE was speaking during the official presentation of different items to about 100 persons, living with disabilities, in his area on Thursday July 21, 2022.
